Class videos can be accessed at https://youngreachdancestudio.com/classvideos. You’ll also find a link in the confirmation email sent upon signing up for the class. Please note: Due to limited cloud storage, all class videos will be available for 7 days and deleted thereafter. Don't forget to download them before they expire.

All class package sales are final. We do not offer refunds after the purchase is complete. For single class pass holders only: However, if a class is canceled by the studio, you may request a refund or extend the expiration date of your single class pass. Feel free to send us a message.

On our website: You can cancel a class by logging into your account. Select "My Classes" and find the class you want to cancel. Click on the class, and you will see an option to cancel. On our app: Find the class under "My Upcoming Classes" and choose the option "Cancel Booking" to cancel. Please kindly note that all class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the class start time. Due to limited space, we cannot assist you in canceling your booking within the 24-hour window.

After purchasing a class package, you can click the 'Book' button to sign up for a class on the schedule calendar.

Absolutely! Our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels, including beginners with no dance experience. Our beginner classes will guide you through the fundamentals and basic moves. Let’s get moving and groove to the music!
